Produced from Trebbiano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes, amber yellow. Aroma of dried fruit and honey. Velvety taste with notes of yellow pulp fruit.

Maturation: 4 - 5 years in chestnut kegs

Serving temperature: 10-18° C

Pairings: Italian cantuccini biscuits and bakery products

Clear amber yellow colour. Bouquet of dried fruit and honey. Velvety taste, sweet with hints of yellow pulp fruit and toasted almonds.

The selected grapes are harvested manually and placed on mats where the drying phase takes place. After a soft pressing, the must is placed in chestnut kegs.
